Happy Birthday, Paw Paw!

This is me and my Paw Paw and our steak before we headed out to grill it. He was going to let me lick the fat. However, my Nonnie is always holding us back. She took my delicious morsel from me because she claims I might choke. Well, she took baby CPR. What good does it do if you never use it?

Today, September 1 is my Paw Paw's birthday. The Cuddler made him a card and wanted me to hold it, but I wasn't feeling it. I'm a man on the move.

We love you and appreciate all that you do for us!

Supper Club with Cousins

Pictured: The Cuddler, Emmy, Christopher, Linds, John Martin, and Morning Guy.

It's like their own supper club, but only it's cooler and at a bar. The Cuddler and Morning Guy had a fabulous time with her cousins.

Check out the Cuddler's chili cheese fries. She didn't eat all of them by herself, but she made a pretty good go of it.

When they go out, I get to stay with my Aunt Susan and Uncle Jim. Being at their house is a lot like being at my Non and PawPaw's.

1. I get constant love and attention.
2. They have beautiful golden retriever.
3. They have tile floors so I can really get going with my army crawl.
4. They are kind-a-like the boss of the Cuddler so she can't tell them what to do with me.
5. Uncle Jim has great hair, like my PawPaw.
6. Did I mention the constant love and attention and kisses?!?!

Just so you can get your Plum fix, here I am showing off my physique and my left hand wave.

Satur"date"

The Cuddler and I went for breakfast with Morgan and her mom, Ginny. We stayed two hours at the Cracker Barrel. As Morning Guy said, we do it up right.

First, I had my frog and Mo had her bracelets.

Then, I took Mo's bracelets. The Cuddler says we will be working on my manners.

This made Mo sad.

But then she got my frog.

Doesn't she have the most beautiful eyes?

All's well that ends well.

We were both fat and happy after our delicious breakfast. I had french toast and scrambled eggs. It was all so tasty.

P.S. Do you notice my shirt? It says, the Good, the Bad, and the Cuddly! Morgan got it for me. Isn't that too sweet?

Spiders and Frogs, oh my!

Do you know what lurks outside of your bedroom window?

Well, a BIG SCARY spider lived (notice the past tense) outside of Morning Guy and the Cuddler's bedroom window. Morning Guy was removing our water hose rack and look who was living inside...

She was lurking out there just waiting for her chance to sneak in at night and attack us in our sleep. Can you imagine?

Ok, so for something less scary, Mrs. Katie was so sweet to give me a great frog that has metallic tummy and a ball that you can in spin in the middle. I LOVE this new toy.

The Cuddler notice a little plastic tab that you are suppose to pull out of the back my frog. You know what happened when she pulled the tab? The frog started croaking and croaking and croaking. It is fabulous. Morning Guy fails to see how great this is. It is motion activated, so I every time I go for my new favorite toy, I get to hear his sweet sounds. Morning Guy has vowed to buy an equally fabulous toy for Mrs. Katie's baby, Riley. Look how much fun you can have with a croaking frog...

I'm headed to bed. Just remember that you never know what is lurking outside...

waffles!

Some good things did come out of my little trip to the hospital. Like, I got to eat pancakes. See, food service brought me real grown up meals, like cheese burgers, ham and cheese poboys, and chicken fingers. Anyway, I LOVED the pancakes and pitched a little bit of fit when the Cuddler didn't move fast enough with my bites. So, the Cuddler bought me some waffles, and this is my look of sheer, sugared happiness.

you might be a redneck...

if you use your fancy pants, Swedish babybjorn to strap your baby to yourself so you can safely ride him on a four wheeler. This doesn't make us trashy. Trashy would be not securing me before my ride.

I don't have much to report. I'm just resting and relaxing and regaining my strength. So I thought I'd share a few random unrelated photos.

Here I am the day before I was admitted to the hospital in my new "Woody" towel. You would never guess that I was sick. Huh?

This is actually me at the hospital. With my fever spikes and plateaus, I had times when I felt fine. This was one of those times. Once my diagnosis was made and the staff knew I would have stay several more days, they were sweet enough to move me to a much larger room so I could bring more toys from home and the adults could have a big bed to sleep in instead of a chair. Here we are preparing for my move. This could also fall under the category of redneck.

It's time to eat. Gotta go.

Some Beach

Well, that certainly sucked.

I was suppose to leave Thursday morning for four days and three nights here:

with her (Alissa Grace, the Cuddler's cousin's daughter)

and him (Joseph, the Cuddler's cousin's son)

However, Thursday morning the Cuddler did not load our packed bags, twizzlers, beach umbrella, cooler, or bubble machine. Instead, I got six days and five nights here:

I have Kawasaki's Disease. Considering that Kawasaki disease is more common in the Japanese-American population, Morning Guy is considering asking for a DNA test to make sure that I am really his. Let's be honest, two mating bats attacked him. It's not a big leap to think that as his son, I might be prone to random and curious events. The good thing is that I have responded excellently to my therapy and my echo cardiogram was fine. I am home now and we are all very thankful for our family and friends' support.

All the nurses and doctors were wonderful but those people do not respect personal space or my right to privacy, and I think they may have a little bit of a vampire fetish. It's late and we are all exhausted from this wild ride. Feel free to keep the prayers coming. Good night.
